At Alea the 'SES' - Senior Employee Screening program is a comprehensive integrity check of the potential candidate or existing employee.
The single largest area of fraud loss is perpetrated from inside the organization for personal gain by individuals occupying positions of trust or influence in management.
Alea's SES service is designed to be a comprehensive process of vetting which helps assess the candidate's integrity, suitability and trustworthiness.
This process involves active collection, collation and analysis of information. We recommend clients consider our comprehensive screening for all candidates of senior executive/corporate level and those at sensitive positions e.g. those in the IT department with 'administrator' rights/ passwords; or persons who have vendor approving/selection authority as part of their job description.
We neither provide a 'cookie cutter' approach, nor believe that 'ticking boxes' for CV verification purposes, as usually provided during volume background screening services, comprises an appropriate integrity check.
In our SES reports we aim to provide our clients with a holistic assessment of an individual and "usable intelligence" which serves as an effective recruitment decision making tool.
